1. Goods inspection

• Full inspection of goods: We will carry out strict quality inspection before each batch of shipment to ensure that the product meets the standard and delivered in perfect condition.
• Receiving Note: Please be sure to check the package carefully when signing for the goods to see if there is any damage and if the product is in good condition. If there is any problem, please contact us within 24 hours after signing for the goods and provide relevant video and picture information.

1. After-sales support

• Warranty period: within 7 days after receiving the goods, if you find that the product is damaged or has quality problems during transportation, please inform us in time and provide evidence. We will deal with related after-sale matters for you.
• After-sales treatment beyond the period: If the warranty period is exceeded, or in the case that your customer has already used the product, we will not be able to provide further after-sales support, please understand.

1. No after-sales support

• When your customer has already used or installed the product, we will no longer provide after-sales service, regardless of whether there are problems with the product. After-sales service is limited to unused products because unforeseen problems may arise during use that are beyond our control.

If you are eligible for the after-sales policy, please follow the process below:

• Contact our after-sales department, describe the problem and provide relevant photo or video proof.
• Our after-sales team will confirm and handle the problem after receiving your feedback and give the follow-up solution.

1. Special Announcement

As we sell at factory wholesale price, all products have been strictly inspected before shipment to ensure there is no quality problem. Therefore, please understand that we will not provide additional after-sales service after the sale.
